    *PC1 Data recovery will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur before, during, or after services have been performed on the equipment, including, but not limited to, physical damage of the equipment, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other form of loss. No refunds are given unless separately agreed to beforehand in writing. We will make every attempt to contact you at the completion of your job. PC1 Data recovery will keep recovered data for a period of 7 days, after that all data is erased. All items opened, laptops, workstations, etc, may void all manufacturer’s warranties. All hard drives tested may void manufacturer’s warranties. You declare to be the rightful owner of the equipment and any data stored on it.

    I authorize PC1 Data recovery to perform work on my hard drive and/or any other technical service or device and understand that doing so may void any and all hard drive or device warranty.

    I agree to pay PC1 Data Recovery the applicable data recovery charge plus additional fees as stated for any data recovered.

    To recover the data from your computer, mail-in your device or drop it off at the nearest PC1 Data Recovery location. For laptops that need data recovery, simply drop off your computer. For desktop machines, carefully remove the harddrive and send or drop off the harddrive only. If you cannot remove your harddrive — let our staff know.

    Extended hours for drop-off  !

    Our Kenmoor Office is open M-F 8am to 3:30. If you arrive at this location and it is closed you may drop off your equipment at the UPS Store as outlined below. Please see the UPS Store expanded hours. Please make sure to write PC1DataRecovery and PO Box G-136 on your package before dropping off.  The UPS Store address is 2500 East Beltline S.E. PO Box G-136 Grand Rapids Mi.                      

      Please follow the instructions below when dropping off your equipment at the UPS Store.

    • Please package your equipment in an envelope or box, and write your name, address and phone on the outside of it. In addition you must write our Name and Box number G-136, on the outside of the box as well.

      You MUST include the data recovery form which can be printed from our web site, PC1DataRecovery.com, look for the small tab on the right side of the home screen that says Data Recovery Form. Please fill the form out completely and sign it and include it in the box.

    • Please print our address as shown below on the outside of the box or envelope.  Include your name and address as well.

      You may drop off your drive at the UPS Store at the hours listed below.

     Please tell the UPS Employees this is for PC1DataRecovery and provide them with the box number (G-136) you have written on the box.
